Job Summary
We seek a highly qualified and meticulous Pharmacist to become an integral part of our team.
The successful candidate will be tasked with accurately dispensing medications, delivering expert pharmaceutical care, advising patients on proper medication usage, and maintaining strict adherence to all pharmacy regulations and standards.
Oversee and execute primary duties including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining high standards of quality across all deliverables. Facilitate effective communication between departments to align goals and resolve operational challenges. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes, outcomes, and stakeholder feedback to support transparency and accountability.
Review and process prescriptions with precision, ensuring adherence to all professional and regulatory requirements.
Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care, offer tailored medication counseling, and conduct health education sessions for patients to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes and informed decision-making regarding their medications.
Monitor medication regimens to assess for possible drug interactions or contraindications, ensuring patient safety and therapeutic efficacy.
Oversee the dispensing operations and provide assistance to pharmacy staff in their daily tasks.
Oversee the procurement, inventory control, and appropriate storage of pharmaceutical products to ensure optimal availability and compliance with safety standards.
Report directly to the Pharmacist Manager, contributing to pharmacy operations, patient care initiatives, and team development efforts.
Maintain adherence to all applicable pharmacy regulations, policies, and quality standards to uphold operational integrity and regulatory compliance.
Assist with customer service functions and play an integral role in enhancing patient engagement strategies.
Responsible for maintaining precise documentation and assisting with assigned administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
Holders of a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Harm.D) degree are required.
Hold a current and valid pharmacist license issued by the appropriate licensing board.
A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in either a community or clinical pharmacy setting is necessary.
Proficiency in an integrative pharmacy setting is highly beneficial.
Proficiency in overseeing sundries, wellness products, and cosmetics is strongly preferred.
Proficient in communication, clinical expertise, and customer service are essential.
Demonstrates strong self-motivation and the capacity to operate effectively with minimal oversight, ensuring productivity and accuracy in all assigned tasks.
Demonstrates strong precision and meticulousness in managing tasks and maintaining order. Exhibits exceptional capability to prioritize responsibilities and maintain structured workflows.
Highly desirable candidates will reside in proximity to the pharmacy location.
The compensation package for this position includes a highly competitive salary, commensurate with experience and industry standards. A monthly salary range of between N160,000 and N200,000 is offered for this position.
A salary commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience will be offered.
