Do you possess a strong track record in establishing operational frameworks, deploying streamlined processes, and fostering seamless cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic, high-velocity organizational environment?

Our client, a prominent EPC organization, seeks a Process Improvement & Implementation Manager to spearhead organization-wide execution, governance, and operational excellence initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Implement policies, workflows, SOPs, and internal SLAs with precision and accountability.

Facilitate seamless collaboration and alignment among various departments to ensure cohesive operational execution.

Monitor progress, milestones, and potential risks while overseeing the implementation and uptake of initiatives.

Enhance reporting governance frameworks and strengthen operational accountability measures to ensure compliance, transparency, and efficiency across organizational processes.

Facilitate the standardization of processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate closely with senior management to facilitate the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

With a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in process improvement, program management offices (PMO), organizational transformation, operations management, governance frameworks, or business analysis, you bring a proven track record of driving efficiency and strategic change.

Adept at facilitating collaboration and managing relationships with stakeholders, coupled with a proven ability to coordinate complex projects effectively.

Experienced in developing and deploying streamlined operational processes to enhance cross-functional team collaboration and efficiency.

Proficiency in utilizing reporting dashboards, monitoring service level agreement (SLA) compliance, and overseeing workflow management processes is required.

Proficiency in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), oil and gas, telecommunications, consulting, or structured corporate settings is considered advantageous.

PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.

Proficient in a variety of software tools, including but not limited to project management platforms, design applications, and data analysis programs. Demonstrated expertise in leveraging productivity suites, programming languages, and collaborative technologies to enhance workflow efficiency and deliver high-quality results. Strong proficiency in technical methodologies, industry-specific standards, and emerging digital solutions to support cross-functional team objectives and drive innovation.

Develop, analyze, and document detailed process maps to visualize workflows, identify inefficiencies, and highlight areas for enhancement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate data, ensuring all process steps, inputs, and outputs are clearly defined. Utilize specialized tools or software to create standardized process maps, maintaining consistency across documentation. Present findings to stakeholders, offering actionable recommendations to optimize performance, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Design and maintain dynamic reporting and tracking dashboards to provide real-time insights into key performance indicators and operational metrics. Monitor dashboard functionality to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and timely updates of critical data points. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, refine dashboard features, and align visualizations with organizational objectives. Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and support data-driven decision-making across departments.

We are seeking an experienced change coordinator to oversee and facilitate the implementation of organizational changes. The role involves developing and executing strategies to manage transitions smoothly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Key responsibilities include communicating changes to stakeholders, addressing concerns, and providing training and support to affected teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to lead cross-functional teams. A background in organizational change management and relevant certifications are advantageous.

Effective stakeholder engagement is essential, requiring proactive communication to align diverse interests and ensure project success. Collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external partners is necessary to address concerns, manage expectations, and foster mutually beneficial relationships. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are vital to navigate conflicting priorities and secure buy-in. Additionally, the ability to analyze stakeholder needs, anticipate potential challenges, and develop tailored strategies is critical for maintaining alignment and advancing organizational objectives.

Proficiency with tools such as Vision, Lucid chart, or comparable diagramming software is required.
