Job Summary
We are actively seeking qualified Christian Medical Doctors with specialized training in gynecology who are open to working on a rotational shift schedule—whether in a day/night rotation or a one-week-on, one-week-off arrangement.
Oversee a range of critical duties including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Lead communication between stakeholders to align expectations and resolve potential conflicts efficiently. Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate progress and provide constructive feedback to team members. Develop strategic plans to enhance productivity and optimize resource allocation. Monitor budgets and financial metrics to guarantee fiscal responsibility throughout project execution. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to streamline workflows and achieve organizational objectives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to mitigate risks and uphold legal obligations.
Clinical care responsibilities include delivering thorough outpatient consultations, overseeing antenatal and fertility clinic operations, and administering expert-level management for obstetric and gynecological patient cases.
Independently execute or provide support for obstetric and gynecological surgical interventions, encompassing Caesarean Sections (C-sections), fibroid removal, ovarian cystectomy, appendectomies, and other related gynecological operations.
Oversee daily ward rounds, coordinate pre- and post-operative care, and uphold the provision of exceptional, patient-focused services.
Provide round-the-clock on-site medical assistance during assigned shifts, ensuring immediate and effective response to obstetric emergencies.
Maintain precise medical records and support clinical audits while working closely with nursing and laboratory teams to enhance patient care outcomes.
Responsible for addressing patients’ medical concerns by reviewing their histories, performing diagnostic evaluations, administering treatments, providing counseling, and initiating referrals as needed.
Responsibilities include ordering laboratory tests and analyzing their results to support informed clinical decision-making.
Ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality and impartiality in all professional interactions and decision-making processes is essential.
Collect and maintain accurate documentation of confidential patient data, including examination findings, medical history records, and clinical reports.
Qualified candidates will deliver prenatal and postnatal care, including the safe delivery of newborns, while also performing essential surgical procedures for patients in need. Additionally, they will conduct routine clinical ward rounds to monitor patient progress and ensure comprehensive care throughout hospitalization.
Demonstrating prescribed treatments and clarifying procedural steps to patients ensures their understanding and compliance with medical guidance.
You will collaborate with healthcare providers in both community settings and hospital environments.
Delivering health education initiatives in collaboration with other healthcare professionals is a key responsibility of this role.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is essential. A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in a related role is required. Proficiency in specific tools, technologies, or methodologies pertinent to the position is mandatory. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are critical. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment is expected. Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices is necessary.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree obtained from an institution accredited by the appropriate governing body.
Full registration and a current practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) are required for certification.
