Job Purpose

The primary objective of this position is to cultivate enduring, mutually beneficial relationships with the assigned customer portfolio.

The position is responsible for driving the sales of the company’s products and services within a designated line of business (LOB).

Drives sustained, profitable growth in sales revenues within the line of business by implementing agreed-upon sales strategies.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties including the management of daily operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance workflow processes, optimize resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement across teams. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to foster seamless communication, streamline project execution, and achieve collective objectives. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions as needed. Lead by example, mentoring staff to cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth. Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to cultivate and expand relationships with a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring the attainment of established sales objectives and company targets.

Proactively uncover additional sales opportunities within current accounts to strengthen client relationships through strategic up-selling and cross-selling initiatives.

Presiding over client meetings constitutes a key responsibility, ensuring active participation and effective communication throughout engagements.

Crafting comprehensive proposals, bids, and quotes forms a core responsibility of the role.

Attend all scheduled sales meetings and, as needed, participate in technology exhibitions.

Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service to every client.

Collect and analyze customer feedback while resolving any issues they may encounter.

Consistently manage and refresh customer contact information to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Serve as the primary point of contact for identifying, managing, and resolving client conflicts, ensuring issues are escalated appropriately and resolved in a timely and effective manner.

Collaborate and align with the sales team and colleagues from various departments to ensure cohesive efforts on shared accounts.

Assess clients’ financial allocations to determine budgetary constraints.

Requirements
