Our client, a premier EPC organization, seeks a Process Improvement & Implementation Manager to spearhead enterprise-wide execution, governance, and operational excellence efforts.

What You’ll Do

Implement policies, workflows, SOPs, and internal SLAs to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.

Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless cross-functional execution of initiatives.

Monitor progress, evaluate initiative execution, track timelines, assess risks, and measure adoption rates to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Enhance reporting governance frameworks and strengthen operational accountability measures.

Drive the enhancement of process standardization and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Collaborate closely with leadership to facilitate the seamless implementation of strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

With a minimum of five years of expertise in process improvement, project management office (PMO) functions, organizational transformation, operational management, governance frameworks, or business analysis, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in these domains.

Proven ability to effectively coordinate with stakeholders and manage project activities is essential.

Seasoned professionals with a proven track record in establishing and enhancing operational processes across diverse teams are encouraged to apply. The ideal applicant will have a strong background in process optimization, ensuring seamless integration across departments. Proficiency in identifying bottlenecks and implementing strategic solutions is essential.

Professional proficiency in designing and utilizing reporting dashboards, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), and overseeing workflow management processes is required.

Proficiency in EPC, engineering, oil and gas, telecom, consulting, or structured corporate settings is advantageous.

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or their equivalents are advantageous.

Proficient in utilizing advanced technical tools and possessing a diverse skill set are essential for this role. The position demands expertise in specific software applications, programming languages, and analytical methodologies to execute tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability to evolving technologies are required to meet project demands and organizational objectives.

The role encompasses the development and analysis of process maps to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and enhance organizational performance. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in process mapping tools such as Vision or Lucid chart. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data, documenting current and future-state processes, and recommending improvements. A detail-oriented approach and the ability to translate complex workflows into clear visual representations are essential. Familiarity with methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is a plus, as is experience in process optimization projects.

Design and develop comprehensive reporting and tracking dashboards to provide real-time insights, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization. Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, ensuring accuracy and relevance in dashboard outputs. Collaborate with stakeholders to define dashboard requirements, prioritize features, and align visualizations with business objectives. Maintain and update dashboards regularly to reflect evolving data sources, business needs, and regulatory compliance, ensuring seamless functionality and user accessibility.

The role involves managing and overseeing the entire process of change implementation within the organization. This includes planning, organizing, and facilitating transitions to ensure minimal disruption to operations while achieving desired outcomes. Key responsibilities encompass developing change strategies, communicating updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns, and monitoring progress to ensure alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in guiding teams through periods of transition. Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools is highly desirable, along with the capacity to analyze risks and adapt plans as needed.
