Job Summary

We are actively seeking qualified Christian Medical Doctors with specialized training in gynecology to join our team, with availability to work on a rotational shift schedule—either alternating day and night shifts or following a one-week-on, one-week-off rotation.

Oversee and execute core responsibilities encompassing the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth and operational efficiency. Serve as a key contributor in cross-functional teams, providing expertise to enhance project outcomes and ensure alignment with business objectives. Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on optimizing performance, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with leadership to identify opportunities for innovation, streamline processes, and maintain high standards of accountability across all functions. Additionally, prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, offering data-driven insights to support informed decision-making and long-term strategic planning.

Conduct thorough outpatient consultations, oversee antenatal and fertility clinic operations, and deliver specialized care for obstetric and gynecological cases.

Independently conduct or support obstetric and gynecological surgical interventions, such as Caesarean Sections (C-S), fibroid removals, ovarian cyst excisions, appendectomies, and additional relevant gynecological procedures.

Spearhead daily ward rounds to oversee patient care, coordinate pre- and post-operative management, and uphold the highest standards of patient-centered, high-quality clinical services.

Provide around-the-clock on-site medical assistance throughout designated shifts, ensuring rapid and accurate response to obstetric emergencies.

Maintain precise medical documentation, engage in clinical audits, and work closely with nursing and laboratory teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Responding to patients’ medical concerns involves evaluating their medical history, conducting thorough diagnoses, administering appropriate treatments, providing essential counseling, and, when required, facilitating referrals to specialists.

Responsibilities include ordering laboratory tests and analyzing the resulting data to provide accurate interpretations.

Demonstrating unwavering commitment to upholding confidentiality and ensuring impartiality in all professional interactions and decisions.

Responsibilities include the systematic collection, documentation, and management of confidential patient data, encompassing examination outcomes, medical history, and clinical reports.

Deliver babies, conduct necessary surgical procedures for patients, and perform routine clinical ward rounds to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Providing clear, comprehensive explanations of medical procedures and prescribed treatments to patients.

Collaborating with healthcare providers and hospital staff to facilitate seamless communication and coordination of care.

Enhancing public health literacy through collaborative efforts with healthcare providers ensures comprehensive wellness initiatives are effectively implemented.

Striving to achieve or surpass the hospital’s established benchmarks for patient satisfaction.

Engaging in comprehensive reviews and assessments of novel pharmaceutical offerings alongside pharmaceutical representatives serves as a key responsibility.

Staying informed about the latest advancements, treatments, and medications in the medical field is essential.

We evaluate and provide feedback on the performance of trainee doctors, nurses, and medical students to ensure competency and adherence to professional standards.

• Four-year degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is mandatory.
• A minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial analysis, reporting, or strategic planning is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, along with advanced skills in financial modeling, is essential.
• Prior experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools is a prerequisite.
• Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to interpret complex financial data are crucial.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to convey findings to stakeholders.
• A commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards in all financial dealings is mandatory.

Obtained an MBBS degree from a recognized and accredited medical institution.

Full registration with a valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) is required.
