Develop and oversee the logistics operations to ensure the efficient and timely transportation of goods to customers, branches, and distributors.

Develop and oversee delivery schedules to guarantee the prompt dispatch of goods.

Ensure comprehensive documentation of every delivery through accurate completion of waybills, invoices, and delivery notes.

Coordinate the scheduling and execution of cargo loading and unloading operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.

Oversee transportation expenditures and propose strategies to reduce expenses.

Monitor shipments and address any logistics discrepancies or obstacles with efficiency.

Oversee the Company’s ongoing administrative functions and ensure seamless daily operations.

Responsible for maintaining and updating staff records, company files, contracts, and official documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.

Maintain optimal levels of office supplies and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations, while managing inventory and distribution efficiently.
