The Support Desk Personnel will function as the primary on-site liaison for hospital staff and patients utilizing the organization’s digital technology suite and oncology access programs. Their responsibilities include alleviating operational pressures on hospital personnel while ensuring patients navigate program processes and diagnostic services with ease.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical tasks to ensure operational excellence and strategic alignment. This role demands meticulous attention to detail in managing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and implementing initiatives that drive organizational growth. Key duties include developing and maintaining efficient processes, analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Additionally, the position requires strong leadership to mentor team members, foster collaboration, and uphold high standards of accountability. Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, along with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, is essential to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.

Provide first-line technical and digital support by offering guidance on our digital solutions and resolving basic system issues encountered by users.

Provide guidance to patients throughout program processes, ensuring smooth progression through enrollment stages and facilitating referrals to immunohistochemistry (IOC) diagnostic services as needed.

Program Coordination involves managing and streamlining program processes within hospital workflows while identifying and communicating operational challenges to the program team to ensure effective resolution and continuous improvement.

Administrative Reporting: Ensure meticulous record-keeping of Support Desk operations while delivering regular performance analyses and strategic insights.

Ethics and Compliance: It is essential to maintain strict adherence to NDPR (Nigeria Data Protection Regulation) and hospital confidentiality protocols in every patient interaction and data management process.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics is mandatory. Three years of experience in cloud infrastructure, preferably with AWS, is required. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are necessary. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment is expected. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

A degree in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or another medical science discipline is required.

Professional Experience Required: Candidates must demonstrate a background in healthcare coordination, hospital administration, pharmacy operations, or technical support roles.

Requirements include advanced proficiency in digital tools, excellent interpersonal communication abilities, and familiarity with Nigeria’s healthcare sector, along with demonstrated capability to function efficiently in hospital settings.
