Job Summary

Our client is looking to recruit a dynamic Brand & Marketing Manager with a strategic and innovative mindset to spearhead brand expansion, implement cohesive marketing strategies, and deepen audience connections.

This position is responsible for overseeing campaigns, partnerships, sponsorships, and stakeholder engagements to strengthen brand recognition and align with organizational goals across all channels.

Oversee and execute critical tasks encompassing operational oversight, strategic planning, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align processes, optimize workflows, and foster innovation. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance productivity, accountability, and compliance with industry standards. Analyze data, identify trends, and propose actionable insights to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, vendors, and senior management, to cultivate trust, resolve conflicts, and achieve mutual goals. Lead project initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members to strengthen capabilities and promote a culture of excellence.

Formulate and execute brand and marketing strategies that are fully aligned with the company’s overarching business objectives.

Perform comprehensive market research to analyze audience behavior, identify emerging market trends, and assess competitive activities.

Devise and implement cohesive marketing initiatives spanning digital, print, OOH, and broadcast platforms.

Collaborate with internal marketing teams encompassing content creation, design, and social media management to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.

Analyze campaign performance metrics and refine strategies to enhance engagement levels and maximize return on investment.

We are responsible for identifying, securing, and managing sponsorship opportunities as well as cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships.

Develop and nurture connections with corporate entities, key stakeholders, and pertinent institutions to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.

Investigate and oversee grant opportunities while maintaining adherence to reporting requirements.

Monitor marketing KPIs and compile performance reports for managerial assessment to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Qualifications:

A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience is essential, along with a demonstrated proficiency in project management and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably supplemented by an advanced degree or specialized certification. Strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail are required to assess complex data and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal talents are necessary for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders. The role demands adaptability to evolving priorities, a commitment to continuous learning, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, as well as compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, is mandatory.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of five to seven years of professional experience in brand management, marketing, strategic communications, or closely related fields is required.

Proven leadership experience in guiding and managing teams effectively.

Proficient in integrated marketing, brand strategy, and corporate communications with a deep understanding of their interconnected principles.

Proven track record in overseeing strategic partnerships, securing sponsorships, fostering corporate alliances, and executing high-impact events.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

Skilled in managing stakeholders and coordinating teams effectively.

Proven capability to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies to enhance engagement and maximize return on investment.
