Install, commission, and maintain a variety of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including split units, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, and industrial cooling units.
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related faults to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
Perform repairs and replace components, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, control boards, and other related parts as necessary.
Ensure the safe handling of refrigerants by performing essential tasks such as recovery, recycling, and recharging in accordance with established protocols.
Maintain precise documentation of service activities while offering clients guidance on energy-saving practices and solutions.
Address urgent service requests stemming from equipment or system failures by promptly attending to breakdown incidents as they arise.
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a similar role. Proficiency in Excel and financial software is essential, as is strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities to present complex financial data clearly are also necessary. Familiarity with GAAP standards and experience with ERP systems would be advantageous. The ideal candidate must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Holders of an OND, Trade Test Certificate, or an equivalent qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline are eligible to apply.
Seeking a candidate with three to four years of practical experience in research and analysis (R&A) or heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Possesses comprehensive expertise in HVAC principles and systems, ensuring a deep understanding of their operation and applications.
Demonstrated expertise in refrigerant management and precise gas charging procedures is required.
Proficient in interpreting wiring diagrams and technical schematics is required.
Proven ability to solve complex issues, convey ideas clearly, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Holding a City & Guilds, NAB TEB, or any other reputable HVAC/R certification will be considered an asset for this role.
