Our client, a top-tier EPC organization, seeks a Process Improvement & Implementation Manager to drive organization-wide execution, governance, and operational excellence initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Facilitate the development and execution of policies, operational workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal service-level agreements (SLAs).

Facilitate seamless collaboration between departments to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives.

Monitor initiatives, track their progress against established timelines, assess potential risks, and evaluate the rate of adoption to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Enhance reporting governance frameworks and strengthen operational accountability measures to ensure compliance, transparency, and efficiency across organizational processes.

Facilitate the standardization of processes and drive ongoing enhancements to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.

Collaborate closely with executive leadership to drive the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

With a minimum of five years of professional experience in process improvement, Project Management Office (PMO), transformation initiatives, operations, governance frameworks, or business analysis.

Accomplishes effective collaboration and seamless project execution through adept stakeholder engagement and meticulous coordination capabilities.

Experienced in establishing and refining operational processes to enhance cross-functional team efficiency and alignment. Skilled in designing workflows that streamline collaboration and improve productivity across various departments. Demonstrated ability to assess gaps, implement best practices, and ensure seamless integration of new procedures within existing frameworks.

Proficiency in utilizing reporting dashboards, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), and overseeing workflow management is required.

Proficiency in EPC, engineering, oil & gas, telecom, consulting, or structured corporate settings is highly desirable.

PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable professional certifications are advantageous.

We seek candidates with proficiency in a variety of tools and technologies relevant to the role. Develop clear, actionable process maps using standard methodologies such as BPMN or flowcharts. Present findings to stakeholders to support informed decision-making and process improvement initiatives. Ensure maps are up-to-date and reflect any changes in procedures or system integrations.

Design and maintain comprehensive reporting and tracking dashboards to provide real-time insights into key performance indicators, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders. Monitor dashboard performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates as necessary to enhance functionality and usability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, refine data visualizations, and align dashboards with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with data governance policies while optimizing dashboard features for efficiency and clarity.

Your primary responsibility will involve orchestrating the planning, communication, and implementation of organizational changes to ensure seamless transitions.
