Playhouse Communication Limited, a celebrated creative and marketing agency dedicated to crafting brands that resonate, captivate, and thrive, seeks an accomplished and visionary Senior Account Manager to bolster our expanding digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will spearhead client relationships, oversee campaign implementation, and foster seamless cross-functional collaboration throughout dynamic digital marketing projects.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, coordinating team efforts to meet project deadlines, and overseeing workflows to maintain high-quality standards. Additionally, the role involves analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance operational effectiveness, and fostering collaboration among departments to achieve organizational goals. The position requires developing and executing policies that align with company objectives, as well as providing leadership and guidance to team members to support their professional growth. Regular reporting on progress and key performance indicators is also a critical part of the responsibilities.

Responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and successful delivery of digital marketing initiatives spanning social media, paid advertising, content creation, influencer partnerships, experiential activations, and production workflows.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders—such as strategy, creative, media, production, and digital teams—to ensure projects are completed punctually and within allocated financial constraints.

Act as the primary liaison for designated clients, fostering enduring and robust partnerships through consistent engagement and communication.

To align with clients’ business objectives, marketing strategies, and brand positioning, strategic recommendations will be formulated.

Explore avenues to enhance existing accounts by strategically offering additional services or expanded solutions from the agency’s portfolio.

Assist in crafting and refining pitches, drafting proposals, and organizing presentation materials for potential clients.

Oversee the financial aspects of designated accounts, including budget management, invoicing procedures, and profitability analysis.

Craft comprehensive campaign reports, conduct detailed performance analyses, and execute thorough post-campaign evaluations.

Maintain projects’ commercial viability while ensuring strict adherence to approved budgetary allocations.

Monitor cash flow schedules and facilitate account reconciliation efforts as required.

Provide guidance and assistance to junior account executives and account managers, fostering their professional development and ensuring their success within the team.

What We’re Looking For:

Seeking candidates with five to seven years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, advertising, or integrated communications, preferably within an agency setting.

Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies and the execution of comprehensive campaign management.

Exceptional proficiency in communication, presentation, and leadership is essential.

Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing several projects and clients concurrently with a high level of organization and efficiency.

Demonstrates a keen understanding of commercial dynamics and the capacity to identify and resolve challenges effectively.
