Job Summary
We seek a proficient IT Officer to oversee and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, hardware, software, CCTV systems, and data backup procedures.
The successful candidate will maintain seamless IT operations, deliver responsive technical support, uphold robust system security, and facilitate business continuity initiatives.
We seek a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management software are essential. Additionally, the ideal applicant should demonstrate exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is also required.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is required.
We are seeking candidates with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support or administration roles.
Proficient in computer systems architecture, network infrastructure, technical troubleshooting methodologies, and data backup protocols.
Effective communication, analytical problem-solving, and strong organizational capabilities are essential.
