Role Description
You will report directly to the Head of Architecture & Design (Hoad). This role demands strong problem-solving abilities, independent decision-making, sound judgment, and innovative thinking, along with the capacity to perform effectively under pressure. Attendance at weekly Command Centre Meetings and involvement in policy development aligned with the Safritecture Business Model are by invitation.
The (Mad)CC oversees the enhancement and efficiency of Safritecture’s operations, while also leading staff development initiatives to elevate the organization’s overall performance.
Additionally, you will create strategic plans to enhance business operations, provide expert guidance to department leaders, and ensure adherence to tax regulations.
This position involves proactively executing the organization’s strategic initiatives, developing formal policies, contributing to budget formulation, and conducting human performance evaluations. In essence, the role demands forward-thinking action rather than responsive measures.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team, responsible for overseeing key operational and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in a relevant field and several years of proven experience in a similar role. Key duties include managing cross-functional projects, developing and implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, the position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze complex data, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
An ideal candidate for the position of Manager – Administration (Mad) CC must possess a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience to oversee our daily administrative operations across all African locations.
