Our client, a leading hospitality technology firm, is in search of a dedicated on-site Operations Assistant to facilitate seamless day-to-day operations, maintain smooth workflows, and ensure teams remain well-coordinated and productive.
What you will do:
Oversee daily operational workflows and monitor progress across various teams.
Investigate operational discrepancies, address escalations, and bridge service gaps to ensure seamless functionality.
Identify operational inefficiencies within processes and propose actionable enhancements to optimize workflows.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operational continuity and efficiency throughout the organization.
Compile operational reports and ensure the maintenance of precise records.
Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency and compliance.
Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as required to support ongoing workflows and organizational objectives.
What we are looking for:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or an equivalent discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with a proven track record of 2 to 5 years in operations, administration, or an equivalent professional capacity.
Demonstrates exceptional analytical abilities and takes initiative to address challenges efficiently.
Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is required.
Effective communication abilities and well-developed organizational capabilities are essential.
Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks while maintaining productivity in high-pressure, dynamic settings.
Demonstrates strong competency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
