Job Summary

Drives expansion of BIC’s business within the designated Sales Area, actively pursuing new customer acquisition while simultaneously elevating satisfaction levels among current clients.

Oversee and execute essential duties encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and drive performance improvements. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress and identify opportunities for enhancement. Develop and implement policies to maintain compliance and foster a culture of accountability. Prepare and present detailed reports on project statuses, budget adherence, and resource allocation to senior management. Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and operational teams to align initiatives with overarching business goals. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company standards.

Prepare sales orders and oversee the timely delivery of products to designated sales regions and retail locations.

Efficiently redistributing all BIC products to retail outlets and ensuring comprehensive coverage of relevant sales territories is essential. This role requires thorough coverage of designated sales areas to maximize product availability and market penetration.
