Job Summary

Our client is actively recruiting a dynamic Brand & Marketing Manager to spearhead brand expansion, implement cohesive marketing strategies, and deepen audience connections through innovative approaches.

This position is responsible for overseeing campaigns, partnerships, sponsorships, and stakeholder engagements to amplify brand presence and advance business goals across all channels.

Oversee a variety of critical tasks encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to ensure organizational objectives are consistently met. Collaborate across departments to streamline workflows, identify process improvements, and implement solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency. Manage project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress to guarantee timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Develop and mentor team members through regular feedback, professional development opportunities, and performance evaluations to foster a culture of continuous growth and accountability. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to uphold ethical standards and mitigate risks.

Craft and execute brand and marketing initiatives that are strategically aligned with overarching business goals.

Perform comprehensive market research initiatives to analyze audience behavior patterns, identify emerging market trends, and evaluate competitive activities for informed strategic decision-making.

Develop and implement cohesive marketing initiatives spanning digital, print, OOH, and broadcast platforms.

Oversee the collaboration among internal marketing teams, encompassing content creation, design, and social media operations.

Analyze campaign performance metrics and refine strategies to enhance engagement and maximize return on investment.

Responsibilities include proactively seeking, negotiating, and overseeing sponsorship opportunities and strategic partnerships to enhance organizational goals and revenue streams.

Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with corporate entities, key stakeholders, and pertinent institutions to foster collaborative opportunities and long-term engagements.

Investigate and oversee potential grant opportunities while adhering to all reporting obligations to maintain compliance.

Monitor marketing KPIs and generate performance reports for executive review to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Key Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of five to seven years of professional experience in brand management, marketing, strategic communications, or closely related fields, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of success in these areas.

Experience in supervising teams.

Demonstrates a deep proficiency in integrated marketing, brand strategy, and corporate communications.

Experienced in overseeing partnerships, sponsorships, corporate collaborations, and event coordination.

Possesses exceptional proficiency in both written and oral communication.

Skilled in effectively managing stakeholders and coordinating teams to achieve shared objectives.

Proficient in evaluating campaign effectiveness and refining strategies to enhance engagement and maximize return on investment.
