Job Summary:
This position is responsible for accelerating sales growth and implementing strategic sales initiatives for vehicles, generators, and power equipment across various market segments. It entails leading the sales team, cultivating key customer and partner relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and ensuring the attainment of established targets.
The position necessitates a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools, along with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, is required. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are also mandatory to interact with stakeholders and convey complex information clearly.
The successful applicant must demonstrate extensive experience in B2B sales, coupled with strong negotiation and communication abilities, strategic thinking, and a track record of consistently meeting ambitious sales targets.
Highly qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, alongside at least three years of hands-on experience in software development. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with experience working with databases and API integrations. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams are required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also necessary to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
A Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a closely related field is required.
With a minimum of five years of sales expertise—ideally in the automobile, furniture, or electronics sectors—including at least three years in a leadership capacity, you possess outstanding leadership and business development capabilities. Your proven ability to guide and inspire a sales team sets you apart as a strong candidate for this role.
He or she must demonstrate exceptional proficiency in information and communication technologies as well as strong presentation abilities.
The compensation package ranges from N400,000 to N600,000 per month.
