The Extension and Farmer Success Manager will spearhead Vetsark’s initiatives in farmer onboarding, extension support, farm monitoring, and performance evaluation.

This position is tasked with driving strong production, profitability, repayment, and retention results for farmers. The Manager will oversee a team of extension officers and field agents, track farm performance metrics, organize targeted technical support, and guide farmers through every phase of the production cycle.

Oversee and execute a range of critical responsibilities that drive operational excellence and team productivity. Lead and mentor a high-performing team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and deliver consistent results. Manage daily workflows, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and performance targets. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Verify that all farmer Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, farm evaluations, and baseline data collection processes are fully executed and documented.

Monitor every farmer from the initial deployment of inputs through the production phase, harvest, and ultimately repayment.

Assess farmers for potential renewal, expansion, support suspension, or removal of their contracts based on performance, compliance, and other relevant criteria.

Provide expert guidance and assistance for extension and technical inquiries, addressing issues related to system functionality, troubleshooting, and user concerns with efficiency and precision.
