Summary
ARISE is in search of a proactive and meticulously organized Project Coordinator to facilitate the meticulous planning, seamless coordination, implementation oversight, continuous monitoring, and comprehensive reporting of projects spanning Born and Lobe States.
The position will oversee the successful implementation of ARISE interventions focused on peace building, youth and women empowerment, livelihoods development, civic engagement, and community resilience within conflict-affected areas.
The Project Coordinator will collaborate extensively with field teams, partners, and senior leadership to facilitate the seamless execution of projects, ensuring alignment with donor requirements and the attainment of desired results.
Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Lead cross-functional teams to drive project completion, foster collaboration, and maintain high standards of productivity and accountability. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance workflow efficiency and mitigate risks. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a primary liaison between senior management and department heads to align business goals with operational activities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all business practices.

Guarantee the prompt completion of project work plans while maintaining alignment with established objectives and key performance indicators.
Collaborate effectively with Project Officers, Volunteers, and Consultants to facilitate seamless project execution and foster clear communication throughout the implementation process.
Overseeing monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities ensures the systematic collection, analysis, and dissemination of performance data to assess progress and drive informed decision-making. This role involves establishing clear metrics, tracking outcomes, and generating comprehensive reports to highlight achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management tools are essential to interpret results accurately and present actionable insights to stakeholders. The position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences.
Assist in the creation and execution of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) frameworks to monitor project advancements systematically.
Gather, organize, and evaluate project-related information to produce reports and support informed decision-making processes.
Craft comprehensive narrative and activity reports in a timely and accurate manner for dissemination to management and donors.
Oversee on-site operations to verify adherence to established standards and quality benchmarks.

Assist in organizing and coordinating project activities, training sessions, workshops, and community engagement initiatives to ensure seamless execution and maximum participation.
Support the organization and maintenance of project documentation, records, and knowledge resources.

Ensure adherence to risk management frameworks and safeguarding protocols by diligently evaluating compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and best practices. Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks to protect organizational integrity and stakeholder interests. Develop and implement robust safeguarding measures to prevent misconduct, fraud, or other harmful incidents, fostering a secure and ethical operational environment.
