Our client, a leading hospitality technology firm, is in search of a dedicated on-site Operations Assistant to facilitate seamless day-to-day operations, maintain efficient workflows, and ensure team alignment and productivity.

What you will do:

Oversee daily operational processes and monitor progress across various teams to ensure seamless workflow execution.

Analyze operational challenges, service discrepancies, and escalation scenarios to implement effective resolutions and ensure seamless service delivery.

Identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable enhancements to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities include facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless operational continuity and efficiency throughout the organization.

Draft detailed operational reports and ensure the precision of all maintained records.

Contribute to the implementation and execution of operational policies and procedures as part of their deployment.

Perform various administrative and operational tasks as assigned and required to support ongoing business functions and objectives.

What we are looking for:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a comparable discipline is required.

We seek candidates with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in operations, administration, or a comparable field.

Demonstrates exceptional analytical abilities and a forward-thinking approach to addressing challenges.

Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is essential.

Effective articulation and meticulous organizational abilities are essential.

In a dynamic and high-pressure setting, thrives while efficiently handling concurrent tasks.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.
