About the role
As the senior creative and strategic authority within the Content & Branding department, the Lead Brand Manager holds primary responsibility for shaping and elevating the perception, messaging, and growth trajectory of every client brand. In addition to this pivotal role, the position encompasses full creative oversight, granting the final decision-making power on the visual, auditory, and experiential elements of all content prior to its launch.
What you’ll do
Conduct all client onboarding sessions in collaboration with other heads of department, establishing the framework for success from the outset.
Conduct deep brand audits for every new client: tone of voice, personality, audience, messaging pillars, and visual identity.
Evaluate the suitability, availability, and expertise of team members to determine the most appropriate assignments to each brand.
Maintain complete responsibility for the well-being and public image of all brands within your purview.
Oversee creative direction for all content prior to publication, following final authorization from the Head of Department.
Guide and oversee Junior Brand Managers by evaluating their briefs and fostering their professional development.
Develop and uphold a comprehensive grasp of HARD Media’s branding ethos, where branding is defined as the cumulative perception of the organization.
Employ AI tools as strategic assets to enhance research, brand analysis, and strategy development—leveraging them not as a quick fix but as a catalyst for amplified productivity and impact.
Collaborate closely with Content Strategists to guarantee that all written materials adhere to the distinct voice and tone of each brand.
As a client-facing professional, you will demonstrate confidence and independence in closing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
What we’re looking for
You should possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in brand management, creative strategy, or brand consulting.
A proven ability to deliver compelling brand solutions across a minimum of three distinct industries.
Proven expertise in shaping brand perception through strategic content development and dissemination.
Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI-powered tools—such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity—for research initiatives and strategic development.
You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, consistently crafting briefs that are clear, concise, and actionable, ensuring they are effectively followed and executed by your audience.
The role involves engaging with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and foster strong professional relationships. It requires active listening, clear articulation of information, and timely responses to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with their needs. Responsibilities include managing client expectations, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a professional demeanor throughout all interactions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and situations.
Able to thrive in dynamic and highly productive work settings.
Direct creative professionals, including writers, designers, and on-camera talent, with proven leadership and project management skills to align their efforts with strategic objectives.
A familiarity with current content trends on Instagram and TikTok is highly beneficial.
