Responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies. Manages a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Professionally install, commission, and service a variety of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including split units, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, and industrial cooling units.
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues impacting electrical systems, mechanical components, and refrigerant-based systems to ensure seamless operational performance.
Perform repairs and component replacements, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control boards, as needed.
Safely manage refrigerants by performing recovery, recycling, and recharging procedures.
Maintain precise documentation of service activities and provide clients with guidance on energy efficiency measures.
Handle emergency breakdown calls promptly and efficiently, ensuring swift resolution of issues to restore normal operations.
Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with three to five years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is required, along with expertise in system design and debugging. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset are essential. Responsibilities include developing scalable software solutions, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
Possessing an OND, Trade Test Certificate, or its equivalent in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (R&A), Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is essential for this role.
Seek three to four years of practical experience in research and analysis or HVAC systems.
Proficient in HVAC principles and systems, with a comprehensive understanding of their design, operation, and maintenance.
Demonstrated expertise in refrigerant management and gas charging procedures is required.
Proficient in interpreting wiring diagrams and technical schematics is required.
Experienced professionals possessing strong analytical abilities, effective verbal and written communication skills, and a proven capacity for collaborative teamwork are sought.
City & Guilds, NAB TEB, or any other reputable HVAC/R certification is highly desirable for applicants possessing such qualifications.
