Job Summary
A proficient IT Officer is sought to oversee and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, encompassing systems, networks, hardware, software, CCTV, and data backup operations.
The successful candidate will oversee seamless IT operations, deliver expert technical assistance, uphold robust system security, and facilitate essential business continuity initiatives.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, supplemented by at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance protocols is highly preferred. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is a key expectation.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline, such as OND, HND, or B.Sc., is required.
Seeking professionals with 3 to 5 years of practical experience in IT support or administration roles.
Proficient in computer systems, networking, troubleshooting, and data backup procedures.
Effective interpersonal communication, analytical problem-solving capabilities, and strong organizational aptitude are essential.
