Examine discrepancies and issues impacting accounting records and pricing, promptly notifying the Team Lead/Head of Investment Operations & Fund Accounts, and support efforts to resolve them.

Prepare periodic reports for management regarding Fund activities and other pertinent issues.

Ensure the precise and prompt generation and delivery of client reports through meticulous oversight of trade processing activities, maintaining both efficiency and accuracy.

Daily verification of all postings and ledger balances on the CBA will be conducted against corresponding bank entries to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Offer strategic counsel to appropriate stakeholders regarding solutions for unresolved reconciliation discrepancies.

Escalate any unresolved reconciliation items that exceed the predetermined thresholds or aging criteria to the Head of Investment Operations & Fund Accounts.

Individuals should possess a solid understanding of the financial services sector, with a particular emphasis on the insurance industry and investment business.

Process all business-related operating expenses by withdrawing funds from the designated bank accounts.

Oversee the organization and preservation of all pertinent documentation, ensuring accurate filing and secure storage in compliance with established protocols.

Ensures the accuracy and reliability of all data entries recorded within the Customer Billing Application (CBA) by maintaining strict adherence to established protocols and verifying information for consistency and correctness.

Ensure all wire transfers, whether inward or outward, and those related to investments, are settled promptly and efficiently.

Facilitate prompt settlement of all financial securities transactions with corresponding counterparties.
