We are seeking a highly motivated professional to fill an exciting and impactful role within our organization. We require an experienced and diligent Driller who prioritizes safety.

The preferred candidate possesses practical expertise with contemporary drilling rigs, demonstrates a strong grasp of variable frequency drive (VFD) systems, and exhibits adept joystick operation for rig management at the worksite.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties to ensure operational excellence and team productivity. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and meet organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with company goals and drive sustainable growth. Monitor progress, identify potential challenges, and propose corrective actions to maintain high performance standards. Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Operate rotary and joystick drilling rigs while ensuring their proper maintenance and functionality.

Operate control rigs utilizing joysticks and computerized interfaces to execute precise functions.

Operate Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) systems to regulate motor speed and torque, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency in industrial applications. Monitor system parameters, perform diagnostic checks, and troubleshoot issues to maintain reliable operation. Adjust drive settings as needed to meet operational requirements and adhere to safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and any adjustments made. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address technical challenges and implement improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines for VFD operation and maintenance.

Execute the installation of casings, liners, screens, and completion equipment as part of the operational workflow.

The TLC operations team oversees and manages all aspects of the running operation, ensuring seamless and efficient execution of daily activities. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining equipment, and monitoring performance metrics to meet operational targets. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in relevant software tools and prior experience in operations management are required. The role demands proactive problem-solving and effective communication to support team collaboration and customer satisfaction.

Our role involves maintaining strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulatory standards to safeguard workplace conditions and operational integrity.

Compile and submit daily field reports while ensuring all equipment logs are accurately maintained and up to date.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years in a closely related field, a bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. The ideal applicant must demonstrate strong analytical abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment. Familiarity with regulatory compliance, project management methodologies, and stakeholder communication is essential. Excellent organizational talents, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively are required. Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role is strongly preferred.

Accumulated a minimum of five to seven years of hands-on experience in drilling operations, demonstrating consistent performance and expertise in the field.

A bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related discipline is required.

Proven ability to operate Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and perform fundamental fault diagnosis.

Skilled in operating joystick-controlled drilling rigs is a key requirement for this position. Experience with these specialized systems is essential to ensure efficient and precise drilling operations.

A valid certification for rig operators or its equivalent is required.
