Omni Fresh seeks a Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of its decentralized cold-storage network in Lagos, with a primary focus on maximizing occupancy rates across its chilled and frozen storage hubs.
What you’ll do
Source, evaluate, and secure partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, and importers as part of the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration into our supply chain network.
Secure long-term agreements for pallet storage leasing to ensure sustained, cost-effective warehouse space utilization.
Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue growth and ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads.
Leverage market intelligence to identify and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities.
Spearhead the widespread adoption of Omni Fresh’s cutting-edge cold-storage solutions.
What we’re looking for:
Experienced in driving revenue growth through strategic business-to-business sales initiatives and cultivating long-term client relationships.
Demonstrated expertise in commercial strategies and adeptness in negotiation techniques is essential.
Professionals should possess relevant experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, logistics, supply chain management, or closely related fields to be considered for this role.
Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and skilled in leveraging data analytics to inform strategic business decisions.
Achieving targets consistently through a results-oriented approach and a proven ability to finalize agreements.
