Overview

We seek a seasoned Maintenance Manager responsible for ensuring the upkeep, reliability, and optimal performance of essential operational assets and heavy machinery.

Oversee a range of essential responsibilities including leading and managing teams to achieve project goals, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes, drive operational efficiency, and support organizational objectives. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and present insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, mentor team members, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance overall productivity and engagement.

Design and execute comprehensive maintenance strategies encompassing preventive, predictive, and corrective measures to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.

Develop and oversee both regular and urgent maintenance tasks to ensure optimal facility operations and readiness.

Maintain peak equipment performance, reliability, and operational efficiency at all times.

Provide supervision for the upkeep of heavy machinery, including pipelines, cranes, trenchless technology rigs, and related auxiliary equipment.

Perform comprehensive inspections, execute detailed diagnostics, address technical issues through troubleshooting, and assess overall performance to ensure optimal system functionality.

Oversee the entire lifecycle of equipment, from initial deployment through upgrades and eventual replacement, ensuring optimal performance and strategic planning at every stage.

Oversee the acquisition of spare parts and consumables to ensure operational continuity and efficiency.

Ensure adherence to HSE policies, industry-specific regulations, and established maintenance standards.

Develop and implement standardized maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), perform comprehensive risk evaluations, and ensure meticulous documentation of all maintenance activities.

Spearhead the guidance, oversight, and professional growth of maintenance engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational objectives.

Oversee maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and spearhead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness, productivity, and overall business performance. Analyze data trends to identify areas for improvement, ensure goal alignment, and support strategic decision-making. Regularly review and report on KPI progress to stakeholders, highlighting successes and addressing any deviations from targets. Utilize KPI insights to drive continuous enhancement and optimize business outcomes.

We maintain an exceptional Equipment Availability Rate, consistently achieving uptime levels of 95% or higher.

We aim to enhance operational efficiency by minimizing the Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). This objective requires identifying and addressing bottlenecks in repair processes, implementing preventive maintenance strategies, and leveraging advanced diagnostic tools to expedite issue resolution. The role demands a proactive approach to troubleshooting, a strong grasp of technical systems, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline repair workflows. Additionally, the position involves monitoring performance metrics, analyzing trends, and proposing data-driven improvements to further reduce downtime and optimize system reliability.

By enhancing the Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), the reliability and operational efficiency of systems can be significantly bolstered. This entails identifying key failure points, implementing corrective measures, and continuously monitoring performance metrics to ensure sustained improvements. Such efforts contribute to reduced downtime, enhanced safety, and lower maintenance costs, ultimately driving greater productivity and customer satisfaction.

Ensuring full adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and standards is a critical requirement of this role. Strict compliance with all applicable HSE policies, protocols, and legal obligations must be maintained at all times to safeguard personnel, operations, and the surrounding environment.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance efficiency and reduce overall costs through strategic planning, data analysis, and process improvements. Responsibilities include evaluating current maintenance practices, recommending cost-saving measures, and implementing optimized workflows while ensuring equipment reliability and operational performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance management, proficiency in cost analysis tools, and a strong understanding of industry best practices to drive measurable financial and operational benefits.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required. Proficiency in [specific skills or software, if applicable] is essential. With a minimum of eight to ten years of hands-on maintenance expertise in sectors such as EPC, construction, oil and gas, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environments, you will bring a proven track record of ensuring operational reliability and efficiency.

A minimum of three to five years of experience in a maintenance leadership or managerial position is required.

Demonstrated expertise in overseeing the operation and maintenance of heavy-duty construction and industrial equipment is required.

Proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques.

Demonstrates a strong proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Proven proficiency in maintenance planning, asset management, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and diagnostics is required.

Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and problem-solving is essential.

Maintains a strong commitment to safety protocols while demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
