Craft and implement an annual marketing strategy meticulously designed to meet specified revenue objectives.

Position the organization as a leading, certified 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) dealership group, emphasizing its premium status and full authorization.

Spearhead comprehensive ATL, BTL, and experiential initiatives, overseeing their strategic planning and flawless execution.

We are responsible for directing the creation and execution of Online campaigns, Reels, Radio, Outdoor, Social & Digital content, as well as Showroom branding initiatives.

Direct oversight of all vehicle launches is required, alongside the formulation of pricing communication strategies in partnership with the Sales team, and close coordination with OEM partners to ensure brand assets and guidelines are properly integrated.

Facilitate the implementation of dealership marketing initiatives across the country while ensuring consistent showroom branding and a seamless customer journey experience.

Enhance customer loyalty by driving service retention initiatives, actively promoting authentic spare parts, and developing strategic service campaigns, including maintenance packages and warranty extensions.

Develop and implement the CRM strategy in alignment with Sales objectives, enhance lead response efficiency, establish robust conversion tracking mechanisms, and optimize customer lifecycle communication strategies. Utilize data-driven insights to guide budget allocation decisions, ensuring resources are allocated to maximize impact and drive measurable results.

Design dynamic, interactive dashboards to facilitate weekly performance reporting, ensuring data is presented in a clear, actionable format for stakeholders. Utilize relevant tools and technologies to extract, transform, and visualize metrics, enabling informed decision-making and tracking progress toward key performance indicators. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, refine visualizations, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Maintain dashboard accuracy, efficiency, and scalability by implementing best practices in data management and visualization techniques.

Oversee the annual marketing budget with optimal efficiency to maximize resource allocation and strategic investments.

Assess and oversee the performance of agencies, production studios, and media collaborators to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and deliverables.

Construct and lead a high-caliber marketing team, fostering an environment that cultivates excellence and drives performance.

Foster a culture of accountability and excellence by ensuring consistent performance standards are met and exceeded.
