In this role, you will oversee the maintenance of our network infrastructure, strengthen data security protocols, and deliver expert technical assistance to our organization.
What you’ll do:
Ensure the ongoing efficiency and performance of the company’s network infrastructure, including LAN and WAN systems, as well as workstations.
Implement and uphold stringent data backup policies alongside comprehensive cybersecurity measures to safeguard organizational information assets.
Deliver prompt Tier 1 and Tier 2 diagnostic and technical assistance to reduce system downtime effectively.
Oversee the administration and maintenance of cloud-based productivity tools and essential software updates.
What we are looking for:
Holding a degree or Higher National Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent discipline is essential.
1–3 years of practical experience in IT support or systems administration is required.
We seek candidates with robust analytical problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in Active Directory and Office 365 environments.
Technical certifications such as Compton and CCNA are highly beneficial.
