Oversee and execute critical operational duties to ensure seamless business performance, including strategic planning, process optimization, and team leadership. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance across all departments. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate organizational success and identify areas for improvement. Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring staff, delegating responsibilities, and promoting professional growth. Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform data-driven decision-making and long-term strategic initiatives. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high ethical standards. Collaborate with senior leadership to align business objectives with operational capabilities and drive sustainable growth.

Supervise the entire recruitment and selection lifecycle, encompassing job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and new hire onboarding. Oversee employee relations matters, offering direction on disciplinary measures and ensuring equitable resolution of complaints.

Facilitate the design and delivery of training and development initiatives aimed at advancing employee competencies and fostering professional advancement opportunities.

Ensure full adherence to all applicable Nigerian labor regulations and statutes.

Ensure employee records, HR databases, and all associated documentation are consistently accurate and current.

Administer comprehensive payroll, benefits administration, leave management, and compensation processes.

Support the creation and rollout of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. Conduct comprehensive HR audits and compile detailed reports for leadership and regulatory agencies. Foster a productive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives. Manage end-to-end exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and coordinating offboarding logistics. Partner with department leaders to align workforce planning with strategic objectives and optimize staffing efficiency.

Conduct both internal and external HR audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team, possessing the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in software development, with proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++; strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking; excellent communication and teamwork skills; and the capacity to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions, along with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree or Higher National Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.

A minimum of five years of progressive human resources experience is required, including at least two years in a leadership position. Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is considered advantageous.

Proficiency in data analysis, project management, and industry-specific software is essential.
