Serve as the main liaison between clients and the organization, prioritizing the fulfillment of their requirements at all times.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns by offering customized solutions that align with their specific requirements.
Review all contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to verify their alignment with established company policies and regulatory standards.
Develop new business opportunities by leveraging networking events, proactive outreach via cold calls, strategic solicitation of referrals, and engagement across digital channels.
We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with at least two years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a track record of meeting deadlines, collaborating effectively in team settings, and adapting to evolving project requirements. Knowledge of best practices in [specific industry or function, e.g., project management, data analysis, marketing] and a commitment to continuous learning are highly valued.
