Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. While professional certifications like CPA or CFA are advantageous, they are not mandatory.
A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a closely related discipline is strongly preferred.
