Job Summary

The Behavior Change & SBCC Specialist will spearhead the design, execution, and assessment of behavior change initiatives, with the goal of fostering positive attitudes, social norms, and behaviors within targeted communities. The ideal candidate will leverage behavioral science methodologies, audience research insights, and strategic communication frameworks to craft evidence-based interventions aligned with program goals across diverse sectors such as health, education, livelihoods, governance, financial inclusion, gender, youth development, agriculture, climate resilience, and social development.

Develops and executes strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Oversees day-to-day operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
