Job Summary

We are currently looking for an accomplished and motivated Senior Business Development/BID Executive to enhance our team with their expertise.

This position plays a pivotal role in fostering growth, cultivating strong client partnerships, and securing the sustained success of our engineering and technical offerings.

Oversee and execute critical duties that include managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality output. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align goals and foster a cohesive working environment. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions. Serve as a liaison between senior management and operational staff to facilitate clear communication and streamline decision-making processes. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to mitigate risks and uphold accountability.

Gain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s entire range of products and services.

Securing projects and clients entails proactively seeking new business prospects, fostering meaningful connections with key stakeholders, and successfully negotiating agreements to broaden our client portfolio.

Serving as the company’s designated market observer, you will diligently collect and analyze intelligence on prevailing industry trends, client pain points, and competitive actions to inform strategic decision-making.

Deliver strategic guidance to engineering and R&D teams, ensuring their initiatives remain aligned with market demands and competitive benchmarks.

Accelerate revenue expansion by consistently surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and pitches designed to captivate prospective clients and drive conversions.

Responsibilities include finalizing agreements and securing deals while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and financial objectives.

Facilitating Financial Stability: Play a pivotal role in driving revenue, thereby safeguarding the company’s financial viability and fostering long-term expansion.

Fostering strong, lasting connections with current clients to enhance retention and ensure sustained satisfaction.

Participating in networking events to identify and engage with potential clients is a key responsibility.

Crafting and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business expansion and enhance market presence.

We possess a keen understanding of market dynamics and the capacity to articulate the business advantages of technical solutions.

Bid and Tender Management: Compilation of bid documents and representation of the company at tender and bid meetings.

Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies designed to meet predetermined revenue objectives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with current clients.

Partner with engineering and development teams to draft comprehensive proposals and facilitate seamless project implementation from initiation to completion.

Serve as the company’s official delegate at pertinent industry gatherings, trade exhibitions, and professional forums when deemed necessary.

Spearhead the development, coaching, and motivation of the sales team to drive exceptional performance and achieve targets.

Work collaboratively with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Service departments to cultivate cohesive internal relationships.
