As a Senior Analyst in Institutional Sales, you will function as a Sales & Client Executive within the Securities Trading division, specializing in institutional clientele such as Pension Fund Administrators (Pas), insurance firms, corporations, fintech enterprises, and asset managers lacking stockbroking affiliates.
The successful candidate will spearhead business expansion by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships to maximize growth potential. This individual will maintain direct responsibility for client portfolios and collaborate closely with senior sales leaders and cross-functional internal teams throughout the Group to uncover and capitalize on high-impact strategic initiatives.
Overseeing a diverse range of critical duties, the position entails managing key operational functions, leading project teams, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. Additionally, the role involves analyzing performance metrics to identify trends, implementing strategic improvements, and fostering collaboration across departments to achieve organizational objectives. Incumbent will be responsible for maintaining stakeholder relationships, preparing detailed reports, and driving initiatives that enhance efficiency and productivity while aligning with long-term business goals.
Identify and pursue new business prospects from institutional clients spanning the pension, insurance, corporate, fintech, and asset management sectors, ultimately securing successful deal closures.
Develop and strengthen existing client relationships while identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities across the Group’s suite of investment products and services.
Craft polished pitch books, presentations, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), market updates, and other client-facing documents while strictly adhering to the firm’s branding and communication guidelines.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams spanning Investment Banking, Asset Management, Operations, and other business units to develop and deliver outstanding client solutions and services.
To cultivate deep industry and market knowledge, with the aim of uncovering opportunities and delivering strategic insights that enhance client value.
Perform comprehensive market and industry analysis to uncover emerging trends, potential clients, and strategic business opportunities.
Maintain a dynamic sales pipeline and submit regular reports detailing client interactions, business expansion initiatives, and deal advancement.
You will serve as the firm’s ambassador at client engagements, industry functions, and professional gatherings, fostering meaningful connections and elevating the firm’s market presence.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, preferably in education, psychology, or a related discipline. Candidates must possess a valid state teaching certification or an equivalent credential, as well as prior experience in an educational setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with students, parents, and colleagues. Familiarity with curriculum development and classroom management techniques is highly desirable.
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
