This position encompasses a broad spectrum of Corporate & Commercial and Dispute Resolution matters, covering legal advisory, corporate governance, company secretarial duties, regulatory compliance, transactional support, and litigation or regulatory representation. The Associate will oversee daily branch operations and represent the Firm at external events, working in close coordination with Partners and colleagues in Lagos to address intricate legal challenges and transactions.
