The Company seeks a results-driven Institutional Sales Associate to cultivate institutional and corporate client relationships, thereby fostering business expansion. This role involves identifying fresh business prospects and effectively promoting the Company’s registrar and associated services.

Key Responsibilities include overseeing and managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, developing and implementing strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives, leading and mentoring a high-performing team to foster professional growth and collaboration, conducting regular performance evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvement, coordinating cross-functional projects to streamline processes and enhance productivity, maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, and analyzing operational data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Cultivate and sustain partnerships with institutional and corporate clients to foster long-term business growth and collaboration.

Explore emerging market prospects and strategic initiatives to enhance revenue streams and foster business expansion.

Craft compelling proposals and deliver engaging presentations tailored to prospective clients, ensuring clear communication of key value propositions and benefits.

Facilitate seamless client onboarding processes while maintaining a commitment to delivering outstanding service at every stage of engagement.

Analyze evolving market conditions and deliver regular sales performance updates to stakeholders.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee the prompt fulfillment of client requests.

Key qualifications for this role include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a related industry. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for conveying complex information clearly. Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, is a plus. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess problem-solving capabilities, and be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A relevant bachelor’s degree with a minimum classification of First Class or Second-Class Upper is required.

Minimum of four years of professional experience in Corporate Banking and/or Institutional Sales within the financial services industry is required.

Candidates should possess current employment or a proven track record within a Tier 1 bank or a top-tier investment firm, such as Access Bank, GT Bank, UBA, Stannic ITC, or comparable organizations.

Exceptional ability to cultivate and sustain relationships, communicate effectively, articulate ideas persuasively, negotiate with confidence, and deliver compelling presentations.

A proven track record in fostering business growth and cultivating strategic client partnerships is required.
