About the Role
Grant Thornton Academy, a Professional Training Academy, is in search of an accomplished Project Manager to oversee and direct the Academy’s employee feeder programs, talent development initiatives, and high-impact strategic projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth implementation of training pipelines, partnership collaborations, curriculum development efforts, and institution-wide operational projects.
Oversee and execute essential duties encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership to ensure organizational goals are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Spearhead the development, coordination, and execution of employees’ feeder programs and additional strategic initiatives.
Manage project lifecycles from initiation through completion, encompassing scope definition, budget allocation, timeline development, implementation, progress oversight, and performance reporting.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, faculty members, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered punctually.
Design, implement, and maintain structured project frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and dynamic dashboards to facilitate precise monitoring, data-driven evaluation, and enhanced operational oversight.
Oversee and mitigate risks, issues, and change requests while upholding stringent quality standards and ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
