Job Summary

The Behavior Change & SBCC Specialist will lead the conceptualization, execution, and assessment of behavior change initiatives designed to foster positive attitudes, social norms, and practices within target communities. The ideal candidate will leverage behavioral science methodologies, audience research, and strategic communication frameworks to create data-driven interventions that advance program goals across diverse sectors, such as health, education, livelihoods, governance, financial inclusion, gender, youth development, agriculture, climate resilience, and social development.
