Job Summary
The Field Agent is tasked with acquiring new customers, mobilizing savings, monitoring loans, managing collections, and fostering relationships with clients in designated areas.
This position requires frequent on-site visits to customers’ residences, commercial establishments, retail locations, and local communities to facilitate account initiation, validate loan applications, track repayment schedules, and promote business expansion.
The successful candidate must demonstrate reliability, a strong drive to meet objectives, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to thrive in an extensive field-based work environment.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties to ensure the seamless operation of assigned tasks. Duties include leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, and maintaining rigorous compliance with established policies and procedures. Additionally, the role involves analyzing performance metrics to identify trends, optimizing workflows for greater efficiency, and preparing detailed reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsible for establishing new customer accounts in full compliance with established company policies and procedures.
Mobilize deposits and motivate customers to enhance their savings balances.
Perform on-site assessments to facilitate customer onboarding and verification processes.
Conduct a thorough evaluation of prospective customers’ operational viability and financial ability to meet repayment obligations prior to the issuance of any loans.
Conduct address and guarantor verification procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Track loan disbursement and borrower repayment status to ensure adherence to agreed terms and timely settlement.
Ensure timely collection of payments for both due and overdue loans.
Develop and execute effective loan recovery strategies tailored to accounts experiencing delinquency.
Develop and nurture robust connections with clients as well as key figures within the community.
You will inform clients about the range of financial products and services offered, ensuring they understand their options and benefits fully.
Accurately document and update customer interactions, collections, and field activities to ensure comprehensive and reliable records.
Compile comprehensive field reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Achieve established objectives for customer acquisition, mobilizing savings, and recovering loans.
Seeking a highly skilled professional with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in [specific field or role], supported by a relevant degree in [required education]. Effective communication and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues are essential for this role.
Proven expertise in negotiation and debt recovery, with a strong ability to secure favorable outcomes.
Demonstrates a strong capacity for autonomous work while consistently achieving established objectives and deadlines.
Understanding of regional market dynamics and commercial landscapes is essential.
Possesses foundational understanding of lending procedures and savings account management.
Skilled in operating smartphones and digital data collection applications with precision.
