Collaborate operationally with the Content Delivery and Service Management (CDSM) team to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes, fostering efficient delivery of services and adherence to established protocols.

Provide instruction and education to the secondary Salesforce team regarding SN knowledge and any identified code deficiencies.

Engage with proprietors of trade outlets and aisle attendants located near hospitals to gather comprehensive insights on our SN product, as well as competitive offerings, to collect and track relevant market intelligence. Follow up consistently and collaborate closely with the sales team to guarantee consistent product availability.

The task involves managing and facilitating the transmission of authorized hospital product order requests, ensuring clear and effective written communication throughout the process.
