What you will do:
Assist the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen’s daily operations across all service periods.
Ensure seamless kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence, upholding uncompromising standards at all times.
Oversee and mentor junior kitchen personnel, fostering their professional growth while ensuring uniform standards are upheld throughout each service period.
Prepare and present all dishes in strict adherence to the Head Chef’s established standards, ensuring no compromise in quality or presentation.
Collaborate on menu design, curate seasonal offerings, and evaluate new recipes through rigorous testing.
Oversee food preparation processes, ensure accurate portioning, and guarantee precise plating presentation across every station.
Responsibilities include maintaining precise kitchen inventory through diligent stock tracking, strategic ordering, and efficient waste management to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Generate accurate and prompt reports on inventory status, culinary expenses, and daily operational activities for executive assessment.

What we are looking for:
A recognized culinary school diploma is an essential prerequisite for this position.
