Ensure the kitchen adheres to stringent food safety regulations by upholding impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Monitor baking operations closely, promptly identifying and escalating any irregularities related to ingredients or machinery to ensure uninterrupted production and adherence to quality standards.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role, along with proficiency in project management tools and exceptional communication skills. The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Strong problem-solving capabilities and a detail-oriented approach are essential, as the position involves managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
