Facilitate the expansion of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC’s) and associated technical service offerings to bolster revenue generation.
Develop innovative strategies to uncover new business prospects and cultivate lasting, mutually beneficial client partnerships.
Draft technical proposals, quotations, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet project requirements and client expectations.
Oversee and execute planned preventive maintenance as well as address and resolve corrective maintenance issues.
Oversee maintenance calendars to guarantee the prompt completion of scheduled services.
Oversee the administration of work orders, service reports, and maintenance documentation to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
Collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, and vendors to guarantee the uninterrupted delivery of services.
Work collaboratively with operations teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s or HND degree in engineering or a related technical discipline is required.
Proven track record in technical sales, maintenance services, facilities management, or comparable positions is required.
Demonstrates extensive expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, with a focus on generators, HVAC, and power systems.
Strong proficiency in sales, negotiation, and communication, along with exceptional abilities in customer relationship management, is required.
Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office applications and maintenance management systems.
