Job Summary

As a Loan Officer, your primary responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating relationships with SME clients, expanding the loan portfolio, performing detailed credit evaluations, and maintaining high standards for the quality and performance of the loan portfolio.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to manage a diverse range of tasks, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to deadlines. The role demands meticulous attention to detail in coordinating schedules, preparing documentation, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. You will be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and proactively implementing solutions to mitigate them. Additionally, you will liaise with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, distribute updates, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential, along with proficiency in relevant software tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

We are responsible for identifying and engaging qualified subject-matter experts who serve as clients for our business and commercial loan products. This involves sourcing potential clients, evaluating their qualifications, and facilitating the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration into our loan facilities.

Perform credit evaluations, financial assessments, and loan appraisals to gauge borrower capacity and associated risk levels.

Oversee the complete lifecycle of loan operations, encompassing documentation management, fund disbursement, and ongoing portfolio oversight.

Develop and nurture enduring relationships with subject-matter expert clients to enhance customer retention and encourage recurring revenue streams.

Consistently meet assigned loan disbursement, portfolio growth, and repayment objectives while ensuring the integrity and quality of the portfolio remain intact.

Seeking a detail-oriented professional with proven experience in [specific field or job function], capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy. Demonstrated expertise in originating high-quality loan assets and consistently meeting portfolio expansion objectives.
