Oversee the full spectrum of accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, invoices, and payments while maintaining precise financial records and adherence to established accounting standards and company policies.
Prepare invoices, verify account balances, and monitor incoming and outgoing payments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Facilitate payroll processing and ensure timely statutory remittances, maintaining accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Compile monthly financial reports and management accounts to provide accurate and timely financial insights.
Provide support in budget preparation, monitor expenditures, and conduct financial assessments to ensure fiscal responsibility and strategic resource allocation.
Maintain adherence to all applicable financial regulations and established internal control frameworks to mitigate risk and ensure operational integrity.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.
Requires a minimum of four years of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
Proficiency in fundamental accounting concepts and established financial procedures is required.
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, along with a strong command of accounting software, is required.
Analytical, numerical, and reporting abilities are essential for this role.
ICAN, ARCA, ATS, or a comparable professional certification enhances your qualifications.
