We are in search of a proactive, client-focused professional to enhance client engagement, drive business growth, and uphold service excellence. The successful candidate will be tasked with cultivating strong client relationships, converting inquiries into loyal customers, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to the expansion of our cleaning and drone cleaning services.

Please note that although this position is advertised under Venus Finance, the selected individual will be hired and will perform their duties in collaboration with Diamond Shine Cleaning Company.

Oversee and execute a wide range of critical responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency and team productivity. Serve as a primary point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, facilitating seamless communication between departments. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth and skill development. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Manage project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and mitigate risks to maintain project momentum. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights, outcomes, and recommendations to leadership.

Handle customer inquiries promptly and provide clear guidance to prospective clients regarding available service options.

Proactively engage with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and transform inquiries into revenue-generating customers.

Explore and capitalize on prospects to onboard new clients, thereby enhancing the company’s market presence and customer reach.

Develop and nurture robust connections with both prospective and current clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Collaborate effectively with the operations team to uphold consistent service delivery and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction throughout all processes.

Monitor customer experiences and address any concerns, complaints, or service-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

Perform post-service follow-ups and collect customer feedback to enhance overall service quality.

Ensure meticulous documentation of all customer engagements, inquiries, and service-related requests to maintain comprehensive and precise records.

Compile and present reports on customer engagement metrics, feedback summaries, and sales activity data as needed.

Our role involves actively marketing the company’s comprehensive cleaning solutions, including traditional and drone-based cleaning services, to a diverse range of clients such as individuals, businesses, and various organizations.

Play a pivotal role in driving customer retention and referrals while fostering overall business growth through targeted initiatives.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.

Demonstrated expertise in cultivating and maintaining client relationships, with a strong track record of driving client satisfaction and long-term success.

Effective interpersonal and communication abilities are essential, enabling collaborative interactions and clear information exchange.

Demonstrated capability to function both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.

Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service excellence and advancing financial inclusion, driven by a results-focused mindset.
