Perform comprehensive topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys specifically for construction projects.
Establish reference points, grids, and benchmarks in alignment with architectural and engineering drawings.
Operate and maintain advanced surveying instruments such as Total Stations, GPS receivers, and Auto Levels to ensure accurate data collection and equipment functionality.
Compile comprehensive survey reports, technical drawings, and data sheets with meticulous attention to detail.
Work closely with site engineers, project managers, and contractors to maintain consistency with the established design plans.
Ensure the precise vertical and horizontal alignments are maintained throughout excavation, foundation installation, and structural construction activities.
Ensure adherence to established safety protocols and quality benchmarks throughout all surveying operations.
Ensure survey records are maintained with precision and project databases are updated consistently.
Requirement
A minimum of six to nine years of hands-on experience as a Land Surveyor within construction projects—specifically in building or civil works—is required.
A relevant qualification in Geoinformatics, Surveying, or a closely related discipline, such as an HND or B.Sc., is required.
Demonstrates advanced expertise in operating Total Station, GPS devices, AutoCAD, and specialized survey software proficiently.
CORE registration or IS (Nigerian Institution of Surveyors) membership is highly beneficial.
Proficient in analyzing and comprehending construction drawings and blueprints with precision and clarity.
Demonstrates proficiency in mathematical reasoning, analytical thinking, and complex problem-solving.
Demonstrates availability for full-time, on-site work in Abu Dhabi, with potential travel to designated project sites as needed.
