Job Summary

A Credit Sales/Marketing Executive with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the financial sector is being sought immediately.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards, including the supervision of team operations, monitoring performance metrics, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to drive productivity and efficiency. Maintain responsibility for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance operational workflows, identify and mitigate potential risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, lead project execution from inception to completion, allocate resources effectively, and provide mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and development.

Generate leads and close transactions to achieve monthly revenue objectives.

Drive the promotion and sale of financial products to both prospective and current clients.

Develop and nurture enduring customer connections to foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

Evaluate and pursue potential business prospects while facilitating the credit onboarding workflows.

Requirements

Requires a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in Credit Sales or Marketing.

Proficiency in financial operations within an institutional setting is an essential prerequisite.

Effective communication and negotiation abilities are essential for this role.

Must reside in Lekki or nearby areas.

A compensation package is offered, with a salary that is competitive and negotiable based on individual qualifications and experience.

Responsible for managing pension schemes and PAYE (Pay As You Earn) tax deductions. Ensures compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. Processes employee contributions and employer payments accurately and promptly. Maintains up-to-date records of pension schemes and tax-related documentation. Collaborates with HR and finance teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies. Provides clear and accurate information to employees regarding their pension benefits and tax obligations.
